What to Expect
During your first visit, I'll perform a detailed assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms and identify your personal goals. From there, I'll develope a customized treatment plan with targeted exercises and techniques to retrain your brain and body for steadier movement. I focus heavily on education to help you better understand your condition. This allows clients to independently manage symptoms as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Insurance and Payment Options
I am committed to providing high-quality, individualized care while keeping the process simple and transparent.
I accept Traditional Medicare and work directly with patients for all other services on a private pay basis at a rate of $150 per visit. This means we are not in-network with commercial insurance plans or Medicare Advantage plans. However, many of our services are HSA and FSA eligible, and we can provide documentation (superbills) if you choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance.
By not contracting with commercial insurance, we’re able to focus fully on your care—not insurance limitations. This allows for:

- Flexible scheduling and improved access to care
- Treatment plans based on your needs, not visit caps or authorization barriers
- A focus on efficiency—helping you get better in as few visits as possible
